Facilities

• Is Internet available?
  Yes, free high-speed WI-FI access is available throughout the property.
• Do you have a parking?
  We don't provide a parking option. You can choose any public spot nearby.
• Do you have a luggage room?
  Yes, we have. For your convenience you can use the luggage room for temporary storage of your luggage before check-in and till midnight after your check-out time. Longer storage is possible for a fee, kindly contact the reception team for details.
• Do you have a washing / drying machine and the ironing equipment?
  Yes, we have all of these. You can purchase the coins for drying and washing at the reception. We provide ironing equipment for free.
• Does NETIZEN have a comfortable place for work?
  Yes, NETIZEN has a multifunctional co-working space where everyone can find a temporary or permanent place for work! Сo-working area is free for Guests.
  For non-residents it's 150 rubles / hour.

Living

• Can I invite friends?
  You are welcome to invite anyone to hang out in our common areas anytime from 6am to 11pm. Note that only guests who stay with us are allowed in rooms and dormitories, and could use Coworking area free of charge. Kindly note that in epidemiologically unstable situation our time-table may change. Please ask Administrator for up-to-date information.
• Do you have a Fitness center?
  On the second floor, we have a small multifunctional sports area that is perfect for yoga, pilates, or stretching! It is available to all our Guests 24/7. We support sports and a healthy lifestyle, so you can use it without extra charge but with great pleasure!
• Do you have a hairdryer in the hostel?
  Sure! We want you to always have a good-hair day so every common shower room is equipped with a hairdryer as well as bathrooms in private rooms.
• Do you provide the towels? How often do you change the bed linen?
  In NETIZEN the towel and the bed linen are included in the room/bed rate. We change the bed linen every 5 days in Dormitories and once every 3 days in Private Rooms. An unscheduled change of linen/towel can be arranged for an extra payment.
• What is your child policy?
  In NETIZEN there are no age restrictions for children accompanied by parents or custodial parents checking in hotel rooms upon request, a baby cot (for children under 3 years old) and a children's dining chair are available free of charge in the lobby. In the dormitories children under 18 years old are not allowed without adults unless it is a group that booked whole dormitory room. If you want to check in with a child then you will also need to have a birth certificate as well as documents that certify the legal status of an accompanying person.
• Are pets allowed in the rooms/dormitories?
  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our property.

Check-in & Check-out

• What time is check-in and check-out?
  Our hybrid hotel works 24/7. You can check-in after 2pm on the day you arrive. Check-out is before 11 am. Earlier check-in / late check- out are available with extra fee paid in advance.
• What documents do I have to present upon check-in?
  A valid passport with the Russian visa, migration card and other valid documents for entering Russia in accordance with international or interstate agreements. If you want to check in with a child then you will also need to have a birth certificate as well as documents that certify the legal status of an accompanying person.

Food

• Can I have a meal at NETIZEN?
  Yes! A variety of snacks, desserts, and drinks are available at the 24-hour lobby bar. You can also purchase ready-to-eat meals, soups, and hot dishes, and use the refrigerator, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and microwave in the dining area.
• Is drinking alcohol allowed?
  The lobby bar offers non-alcoholic and low-alcohol drinks. We only sell alcohol to people who are at least 18 years old, so be prepared to show your passport or ID.
  It is forbidden to drink alcohol with a strength of more than 15%, as well as to be drunk.
• Is breakfast included in the room rate, and what does it consist of?

  We offer breakfast and non-breakfast rates. When you book a room with the "Rate with breakfast", breakfast will be automatically included in the price. You can also add breakfast as an additional service in advance in other rates or upon check-in. The breakfast includes a main dish of your choice: cheese pancakes (2 pieces), ham and cheese pancakes (3 pieces), or porridge. The breakfast also includes toast with jam and melted cheese, yogurt, a muesli bar, and tea or american coffee.

  Breakfast is served every day from 7:30 to 10:30. The cost of breakfast on pre-order: 430 rubles, if paid on the same day - 470 rubles.
  
• Is there a place I cook myself?
  You are always welcome to keep your food in our fridge, heat it in a microwave, use egg-boiler and cutting boards, as well drink still and hot water from the cooler in our dining area. We don’t have a separate Guest Kitchen as well as a cooking stove.
